Recent home sales in the cities we cover most

All homes (single-family, condos, townhouses and multifamily) from our sold-listings data.

West Palm Beach$399,00091846
Boca Raton$680,000781,148
Port St. Lucie$393,500851,087

Data as of October 5, 2026. Sales dated July 8 to October 2, 2026 (the last 90 days of data).

Counts properties with that city's mailing address in its county (Palm Beach County for West Palm Beach and Boca Raton, St. Lucie County for Port St. Lucie), including unincorporated areas. Land, mobile homes and sales under $10,000 are left out. Days are counted from the listing date to the closing date, where a listing date was recorded (about 8 in 10 sales). That runs longer than “days on market,” which usually stops when a contract is signed.

Recently closed sales can take several weeks to appear in sold-listing data, so the most recent weeks are likely undercounted. Source: Latitude Partners analysis of public sold-listing data.

Flood disclosure when you sell

Florida sellers of residential property must give the buyer a flood disclosure at or before signing the contract. It asks whether you know of flooding that damaged the property while you owned it, whether you filed any insurance claim for flood damage (including with the National Flood Insurance Program), and whether you received any assistance for flood damage, such as FEMA aid. Check your parcel's flood zone on FEMA's flood maps before you sell.

Condo milestone inspections

Condo and co-op buildings three habitable stories or taller need a milestone structural inspection by December 31 of the year the building turns 30, then every 10 years, and owners generally can no longer vote to skip reserves for the items in their structural integrity reserve study.
